We are a Regional Company with our Corporate Office located in Apex, NC. We stock most of what we sell in our warehouse located in Fuquay-Varina NC. The main focus of our company is to provide a vastly needed service to the Home Health Industry. Most of what we sell is in the rural areas of NC, SC, VA. We do have a partner company setup in the DC area. We are not the high priced, high pressure type company that is on the National TV Airwaves. We have heard the ridiculous stories of 15-18 thousand dollars for an installed Walk-in Bathtub. We are a third to more than a Quarter of that in most cases. We advertise some, but most of our business is through referrals from the Home Health Industry, Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists.

We don't have a showroom anymore because it isn't neccessary. Most of our clients don't get around much. We always must come to them and of course we need to look at their bathing environment anyway. But we do have a display set up in our warehouse. We will meet you there by appointment, if you want to actually sit in a tub. We sometimes bring a tub out to a home from time to time and most people just buy it on the spot. We then send our experienced installers out shortly thereafter to put it in exactly for them and their needs. We usually do Home Shows in the Tri-State areas in the Spring and Fall. We will sell tub only orders, if you want to install it yourself. You can come by the warehouse and pick it up or we will ship it to you.

We are a Regional Walk-in Bathtub Installation Company working within the Home Health industry that looks at every person and their environment before we install at tub. We are priced at or mostly better then is on the Internet. We do alot of business with Assisted Living Companies, General Contractors and Home Remodeling Companies . We come out and assess a persons stature, their bathing environment and determine what is needed to give them the best possible safe and cost effective solution to their need. We work to get them the best tub at the best price, not do a costly bathroom remodel.

Our people are Independant Living Specialists that have worked with hundreds of people and their bathing needs. We have worked with Case Managers in the Medicaid CAPS system to provide help for the needy. But these are only for the very needy that are close to needing a nursing home or are relocating home from a facility. Most of our specialist are now caring for an elderly parent, loved one or have in the past. They understand!

In the North Carolina, South Carolina and Southern Virginia areas, the average installation price is between $1500 to $2000 for a Basic Installation of a Walk-in Bathtub in this economy now. Other parts of the country can be a lot higher. This is for a basic retrofit. This means taking out your old Bathtub and replacing it. This does not include painting or replacement of wallpaper, which usually is not an issue. But it is always necessary for us to come out and do a blueprint of your bathroom and give you an exact price. We don’t just send an installer out without first assessing what will be needed or you want to have done to complete your Job. That way you know a Final price before you spend any money. We can usually quote you a price range over the phone once we have a few questions answered, so as to not waste your time. Internet companies quote over the phone, then they look for someone to do your install. The installer arrives after the tub is dropped at your door by a trucking company or they pick it up at a terminal. Then can’t do it at that price or even has never done a Walk-in tub before. We will be there for you after the sale. We guarantee our work backed by years of experience. This is what we do.        

When pricing construction, it is always difficult to give an exact price without seeing the space, because no two houses or bathrooms are ever the same. But we have found that we can quote an approximate price range and usually can meet this price or come close. The usual exceptions are electricity, de framing and replacing doors, rotten or substandard flooring or walls and extra tile work.
